Stop reinstalling VirtualCam during updates if it has been uninstalled!!!

Seriously annoying to have to go through the uninstall process every time there is an update.
VirtualCam messes up Chrome based browsers webcam setups.
If we uninstall, that means we do not want to see it every again without specifically reinstalling it ourselves!!!
