Stop Recording Dialog Box For When User Forgets To Stop OBS

Often I forget to close OBS before I close the lid on my laptop. Later, when I click "Stop Recording", OBS will try to save way more recorded video and audio to the disk than I need. I would like OBS to keep some basic telemetry, such as whether the computer lid was closed and whether the keyboard or cursor was moved, while it's recording. Then, when "stop recording" is pressed, it should: a) Stop recording, b) Check the telemetry for evidence that the computer was not actively being used sometime during the recording, c) If this evidence exists, then OBS should open a dialog box showing a graph of the telemetry with a slider that allows the user to select start and end points to indicate, based on the telemetry, which part of the recording the user really wants to save to disk, show an estimate of how long it will take to save everything, and display three buttons (<save selected>, <save all and close>, and <close without saving>). When the user clicks on <save selected> OBS will save only the selected portion of the video to disk and the dialog box will not close. This gives the user the opportunity to independently confirm, using a video player, that the video they want was successfully saved to disk.
