"Stop recording" button froze, can't save the video

What should I do in this case: I stopped the recording but the button has frozen, so the video cannot be saved. How can I stop the recording (unfreeze the button) and save the video? Thanks.

No, the output since 11:23:39.140 was lost. The file up to that point should be playable though.
