Question / Help Stinger transition option missing in freshly installed OBS?

Hi guys so I had to do a clean reinstall of my windows yesterday and as a the knobhead I am I forgot to export my obs settings/scenes, etc.
So I was rebuilding I noticed that this time around my OBS Studio doesn't have the option to setup Stinger transitions, I checked for updates to see if I somehow downloaded an old version but that wasn't it. Any suggestions how to enable it would be great!
 
Hey! So it seems they removed it from the dropdown by default, you need to click the '+' button below it and you will get the option to add a stinger transition!
