stinger transition mov file playing at less than half the speed intended

Hi I need help with a stinger transition. I purchased a few .mov transition files from videohive.net. one of them is working really well as a stinger transition. however there are three others that i have that seem to work fine when outside of OBS but when previewed and tried inside OBS the mov file seems to run at a dramatically reduced speed and i have no idea what is causing it or how to fix it. please advise!! thanks very much

I have the same problem. The stinger is supposed to be only 3 seconds, but in OBS the transition runs very slow and never reaches the end before the next scene kicks in. I'd love to hear the fix for this!
