Question / Help Stinger Freezing

Hey everyone,

I've been having a bit of trouble getting a stinger animation I have made to work properly.

On the first transition I make, it plays about 3/4 of the way before cutting off and then on every subsequent transition, it cuts to a frame roughly halfway in and then cuts to the next scene. I'm at a bit of a loss of what could be causing it. OBS otherwise is running fine.

The animation is a .mov, 46.6MB in size and is 2 seconds long. The transition is set to take place at the 60th frame (halfway).

I'm running OBS Studio 20.0.1 64bit
Ryzen 1600
8GB DDR4
GTX 970

Looking in my log, I found this...

22:35:21.230: User switched to scene 'Intermission'
22:35:23.428: MP: av_read_frame failed: Immediate exit requested (-1414092869)

I have tried switching the transition point to Time (1000ms), and the results are the same.

Hey Robtroll,

i have the same kind of issues where my stinger transitions, sometimes freezes during the animation.

Temporary way to fix it is to uncheck and check again looping in video that get freezed, but im still waiting for official response of this problem...

Was there a solution to this? I have seen the same issues on my streaming rig.
