Question / Help Still can’t connect to either FB or YouTube

Hi – I have tried for the past week. I even put the custom URL in and copied the stream key exactly. I have a Dell i5 that’s about a year old, and a brand new Macbook 2.4 gig Quad Core i5. I didn’t want to load it on the Mac but I finally did and in both cases I see the streams on Facebook live for a second and the same thing with YouTube and then it says cannot playback. It says the stream quality is excellent.and then says to check your stream key! Which I know I copied correctly .. I would love if for either system if I could copy somebody’s settings exactly that has had success connecting. I would be forever grateful because there’s something I am definitely doing wrong and I’m involved in two charity organizations that I want to use it for... I understand the graphics, I understand the scenes... I have a presentation already I can’t do anything with it.

PS.. If I just use Facebook live directly and don’t go through OBS I get right on!
