Steam pixelated in dark places high bitrate!

Hey there,

I've been having some trouble while streaming, I think i've checked every post on the subject but couldn't find any solution therefore i ask you guys for help!

As you can see in my video's whenever I enter a house or gulag or any dark mostly black space the colors are off and pixelated.
Example 1

My internet is 500 down 50 up
My obs settings are down below.

Pc Specs:

cpu I5 7300HQ
gpu GTX 1050
8gb ram

have you test to disable psychovisual ? where did you stream ?

Thanks for the reply, I tried it on and off nothing has changed. I stream on YouTube, and I'm aware of the codec there but still the avc codec should not be that bad.
