Bug Report Steam Overlay shows selected friends

Hey.

When you choose in OBS for instance to not show overlays such as Steam, the new overlay will still show some elements such as :

- Friends being Dragged over, and around the screen.

- Chat groups being dragged over.

You should test it around for yourself, record it and you'll see some elements of the new steam overlay are not hidden.

I'm using Streamlabs OBS, but it should be same maybe with OBS Studio or Classic.
