Bug Report Steam Overlay -_-

So I have been using OBS Studio for years now and I have done EVERYTHING HUMANLY POSSIBLE to make steam overlay NOT get captured during my streaming. Other streamers like TiffyKae don't capture there steam overlay. But no matter what I do it keeps being captured.

Note: OBS constantly captures my steam overlay when playing CS:GO, I have played other games and it doesn't capture my overlay, for example Osiris: New Dawn.

Rumour says Razer Synapse maybe at fault? Not uninstalling Razer Synapse to find out. I have tried all capturing methods, starting game then OBS afterwards. Reinstalled OBS, Older versions of OBS, checking, unchecking boxes.

This problem has been around for 2 years (give or take), I have tried XSplit, it didn't capture my steam overlay for awhile but eventually it did (in CSGO).

Any help, advice or SOMETHING!!

Are you able to disable Synapse without uninstalling it? Because that would definitely be worth trying.

Will see if i can, i might disable it in startup and restart pc.

I'm sorry but I have to ask, did you uncheck "Capture third-party overlays (such as Steam)" in the Game Capture's properties?
