Stats window vertical

Is there a way to make the stats window vertical and shrink it down some? Yeah it's fine horizontally, but it would be great to set it to right dock vertically and still have the main scene wider, because when you add the stats window in to right dock (upper) its too wide and shrinks down the main scene area.

No. Not possible (up to OBS v29.1.1).

Some additional info.
Many moons ago I decided that this is not an important part of OBS. The Stats window do not reflect statistic of all possible outputs of OBS (for example, plugins is out of the scope), so usage of the panel is limited. First concept of flexible Stats window was made in 2019 (PR #1806) and later was abandoned by author (me).
