Static noise/crackling when audio is split

Hello!
I need help with this. No one seems to know what I am talking about. I started to split my audio awhile back and noticed since then, the audio does static/popping noises. It last for 5 minutes and then goes back to normal, but does it again maybe 30-45 mins later. It’s not from my mic as I tested that out. It jumps from all my split audios. Sometimes it’s my game, sometimes music, sometimes my discord. How do I fix this, if there is a fix? I saw someone say uninstall streamelements so I did, but it’s still happening. Even uninstalled obs and reinstalled and it’s still happening.
