Question / Help Static/Crackling when using OBS.

I am getting a static/crackling noise when I use OBS. This includes streaming/recording/idle running.

One this I have noticed is that it is more prevalent with Nintendo Switch games using my elgato card. Not sure if the lack of this issue with PC games can be used as a clue to what the issue is.

Is the Elgato card also set to 48khz?

Where would I check/adjust that? Would it be in OBS or sound in the control panel?

In either the Windows sound control panel, or in Elgato's software.
