Question / Help Static Audio When Recording And Streaming

So, my OBS have been giving me Static Audio whenever I Record or Stream, and it gives me Static Audio when I Record and Stream, and no its not my Mic, as I have not been using my Mic when i was Recording or Streaming, or doing both Recording and Streaming, and i been trying to fix the issue myself, I thought maybe Re-installing OBS would fix the issue, but not, it did not fix the problem that I was and still am having with OBS, i don't know why OBS is giving me Static Audio, OBS used to run fine on my Computer/Laptop. so I figured maybe I should post a thread here, to seek the answers that i require in order to fix my OBS, any help is welcome.

Ah, you see, in the last minute or so when I was having this rather nuisance of a problem with my said OBS that I use, I figured out how to fix the Static Audio by adjusting my Mic and Audio Settings, tho thank you Sapiens, for that Link that you have posted, for I will use it if i ever get this said problem again.
