Bug Report Startup graphical bug

I get this from time to time when launching OBS. Restarting usually makes it go away. Log file in attachment.

@HDL It happened to me many times.Just activate Studio Mode and then de-activate it.

I know how to get rid of it (even said so in my post). Still warrants a proper solution, not just workarounds.
