Question / Help Starting the output failed

So i get the error"starting the output failed"when i try to stream of mi nividia encoder and i have literally tried everything i have tried updating my drivers but they are already up to date,i am not running any photo shop and i checked for any in background but cant find one so what is the problem ? anyone else got that problem ? it will only let me stream with my processor but that is just bad quality and its really laggy so no point streaming that way :( https://gist.github.com/7512ff9261dcd7ea62aed18ebaff165f

You can't use NVENC, the Geforce 930A does not support it. You can use QSV/Quicksync though.
