I reinstalled my graphic drivers over and over again. I switched to Win 11 from Win 10 a while ago and was always able to stream in AMD hw h.265 format until I reinstalled drivers first time on Win11 (to fix another Bug - related to game audio). I followed the same steps that OBS also suggests (AMD cleanup tool) and complete new installation. No matter what I do, I can't get it to work. I tried the auto configuration tool, which always sets it up to software encoding - which I don't want. I reinstalled OBS several times too. Pls let me know if I must give more information. PLS help me ;)

After even more testing and trying I found out, that if I do NOT install my onboard graphic card (on my 7600x CPU) the h.265 is working but that's the only scenario now and sadly one that I can't use. I tried to find any option to change the GPU that OBS uses but no luck so far. If anyone reads this at all, please let me know which additional Info I have to provide to not be ignored anymore. Thanks in advance.
