I recently went to stream and was hit with this error message. I (at the time) had changed literally nothing, no windows update, no OBS updates/changes, just stopped working. Since getting this I went down every troubleshooting item with no luck.
Restarted PC (with update)
Running OBS as administrator
Updated and restarted OBS
Reinstalled OBS
Deleted external overlays
Changed recording path
Changed output to use CPU rather than NVENC for stream
Not sure what more I can do, the log is also unhelpful, just says the same message with nothing leading up to or following "Output: FAILED"
