I used to have a gtx 1060 that recorded fine and recentlyish upgraded to rx 6600 xt and when I first set it up obs was able to record and so was the amd adrenalin software. I later had to update my drivers to the latest version and it worked but the adrenalin software wouldn't and im unable to fix what I assume is a common but annoying amd software problem this led to obs coming up with the error and I've updated the amd encoder that I saw on another post but it didn't do anything so I'm wondering if this is fixable or do I have to try getting my adrenalin software problem solved I would rather not the latter because I've tried fixing it soooo many times and the latest thing support told me to do is something with resetting my bios where I have to take out the battery. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

This very likely actively broke the encoder components rather than fix anything.
First - in obs: help - check file integrity
Second: profiles - new, make a new profile then switch to it.
