"Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details" Can any1 help me

So i just try to get into Streaming again, but i stuck at "Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details", meanwhile i already update My drivers into the latest one, i also try some tips and trick from youtube like change the encoder into X264 (the software). Here i put my logs.
I would really appreciate anyone who can help me, especially in reading the logfiles I provided. Thank you very much.

00:17:03.218: Stream output type 'rtmp_output' failed to start!

The "rtmp_output" is badly configured. Try to create new profile (main menu in OBS) and set all required options for the Streaming again (and not only for Output but for the Stream too).
