First, go to advanced settings and set renderer to Direct3D 11. Never use OpenGL

Second, post a new log.

Nope, still showing OpenGL. Maybe you posted a wrong log.

But I think you are using a laptop and, maybe, your NVidia GTX Mobile card is not really compatible with NVENC
With a log with Direct3D 11 we can see which card do you have.

EDIT: Yes, the log is correct (I was looking another chorme tab with original log)

I confirm it: NVIDIA 940MX has no NVENC support.
