Question / Help Starting the output failed (drivers are up to date)

I'm having an error where I'm trying to record in 4k with no output scaling but it keeps having an error. My drivers are up to date and I've tried reading and doing as much as I can to fix it to no avail. Here's my logs.

You can't record that high of a resolution with the AMD encoder with your specific GPU.
