Question / Help Starting the output failed, could use some help

I'm not sure exactly why I can't start the stream. I get the error listed in the title. My logs are below:

For some reason, OBS Studio isn't working with the NVENC encoder on your GTX 970 card. Are you running the current GPU drivers? If not, go to Nvidia and download GEForce Experience and update your drivers.

Also, something weird going on with explorer.exe being blacklisted. You are using a game capture. Explorer.exe is a windows process, not a game. Change the mode in Game Capture source.

I did download the driver updates before doing all of this and I just downloaded GEForce Experience to double check. Nothing has been downloaded, but it still shows the same error when I try to stream.
