Question / Help Starting the output failed (can't stream and record same time on NVENC) - 2080 RTX

Greetings!

I have a laptop with 9900k and RTX 2080.

I used the autoconfiguration wizard and got these settings:

So basically using NVENC and 6000 bitrate.

I can record local videos with it, I can stream with it, but I can't do both.
When I try to start streaming with recording, I got this error message:
Starting the output failed

Once again, it works fine for just recording, and it streams fine, but it doesn't allow to do that at the same time.
Here is the log:

I used the same settings on the laptop with RTX 2060 and i5 CPU and it works for recording and streaming at the same time.

I fully reinstalled the OBS and it didn't help.

Update: I just found that it works fine if I switch to Advanced output mode.
What might the reason it is not working properly in the simple mode? On my other laptop it works good on the same settings in the Simple mode.

My log file in Advanced output mode where it worked:

Got the same problem.

I capture my game with ffmpeg commandline with a datapath capture card, but tried like earlier to capture the "wheeler" plugin of OBS

But since the RTX card I can only capture the wheeler plugin with x264
I use advanced mode. But normal output, not ffmpeg (because 1000fps bug)

ShadowPlay uses NVENC. So if you're using that, plus trying to stream and record with OBS, that would be 3 NVENC sessions and most cards only allow 2.
