Question / Help Starting output failed

I have streamed with OBS for a while now and it all worked fine up untill a couple of days ago.
Now I'm getting the starting of the output has failed message every time I try.
Have tried a lot of solutions that I found on here already but nothing seems to work.

Update your GPU's drivers

My drivers are up to date according to GeForce Experience. Version 391.35
