Starting Output failed. Please check the log for details

Hi
I'm Gracious Media, I need help. I have been using OBS Studio for streaming until I updated the version and keep getting this error message,

"Starting output failed. please check the log for details. Note: If you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date."

I have uploaded my current log file and have no idea of what to do next.

Am I reading that log correctly, you are using an 11 generation old CPU?
if yes, highly unlikely you can use latest version of OBS Studio. Your computer simply way too old.

What this computer working, with an NDI source before? if yes, impressive getting that to work on a thermally and resource constrained system
