We are trying to stream via Millicast a video display capture or window capture. No audio.
Two machines -- one works, the other gives us the dreaded "Starting the output failed" message, with a note to update video drivers, but we are not using NVENC or AMD encoders.
Can't figure out why one works and the other doesn't. Differences between the Dell windows 10 machines are non-working one has i5 processer with only integrated graphics, the other working one has i7 with integrated gfx and NVidia GeForce MX250 card. There was also a third machine which matched the i7's graphics configuration which never worked either (same error message), and was sent back and exchanged for the i5. Numerous other machines with various configurations also do not work, with same error message.
That said, these are the two I need to be using.
Here is the log file for the non-working machine (the i5)

Here is the log file for the working machine

We've tried updating drivers. We've tried changing settings in OBS. We've uninstalled and reinstalled OBS. Nothing so far has made a difference.
Help is appreciated - TIA.
