Question / Help Starting output failed issue

I'm trying to record my screen to do a giveaway, but I keep getting the error "Starting output failed".

All of my drivers are up to date, posting the log file link below.

A GT 640 does not support NVENC. Change your encoder to x264 or Hardware QSV instead.

My output encoder was already set to Software (x264).

Try changing it to something else, save, and then change it back. Looks like it got stuck somehow.
