Starting output failed. Encoders work for recording, but not streaming.

OBS won't let me stream and prompts me with the starting output failed error. I am using the same encoder for both audio and video which work perfectly fine when recording with no issues. This issue also occurs when changing the encoder to x265 and still causes the error to occur. This issue only happens when I hit start stream.

All my drivers are up to date, and this only started happening today. There were no issues a few days ago. The log is below.

Only Apple applications install the CoreAudio AAC encoder. If you don't want iTunes installed then pick a different encoder in OBS before removing it.
