Starting obs makes my vram clock below average..

I need help. This is a weird situation where before I start a recording, my gpu vram clock is around 7425. But, when I start recording my memory falls below even stock clocks. This fewer memory clock causes some stuttering in games, weirdly only rythm games other competitive games is alright.. Is there anyway to fix it? Or it's a new obs bug?

GPU drivers will downclock memory and core speeds to save power when there isn't sufficient load. I doubt a 7425 MHz memory clock reading is accurate to begin with.

That is caused by CUDA - Force P2 State.
Turn it off and the GPU will go in P0 state even though you record.

Force P2 State should already be disabled when using OBS with a sufficiently up to date driver.

Good catch, I missed that in my first check. That does not seem right, it should also be disabling the Force P2 State.

Well I did a +1424 MHz memory clock overclock.. my stock memory clock is 6001 MHz. The model is a GTX 1650 GDDR6 edition btw
