Starting frame of a media before play

Hello everybody. I have a little problem. I imported a media file that starts with a black screen and after an animation, composes a logo. This file is an MP4 video. I have created a script that restarts this file before saving the recording. The problem is that in the saved video, for a split second, I see the final part of the MP4 video. Basically I see the final frame of the video at the beginning and then start regularly. How can I solve? Thanks a lot to everyone
