I haven't streamed in about a month, Today I decided to stream again so I updated to 17.0.2 and noticed that if I even scroll my mouse around the game capture I would drop frames. Once rechecking my setting and everything was normal I wasn't to sure what the problem was. Never had this problem before and my CPU usage was only 60% and Memory at 40% so my pc could handle the load.

Here is the Log:

Connect both monitors to your 960 and make sure OBS is running on that, not your iGPU.

This is an old log and shows the monitors are still on separate GPUs, with OBS still running on the iGPU.
