just like the title says, i was streaming, and then the frame drops hit, did a speed test, it was fine, but i was still dropping frames. log is attached.
started dropping an incredible amount of frames eventho the speedtest said my upload speed was fine

Speedtest means nothing for rtmp protocol. They don't measure it.
To more accuratelly test your internet connection against twitch servers please use this app:
Anything bellow 90 quality is bad and most probably an issue in you home network or the ISP network. Some times it's just an issue they resolve within the day. Other times you don't have that luck.
