"Start Virtual Camera" disabled

I'm fairly new to OBS. I added the Virtual Camera filter to a Scene, because that's the one I needed to be fed to be used on Zoom. I just noticed that the virtual camera is always on IF the filter on that scene is set to "visible" and completly disables the "Start Virtual Camera" button on the Control's Panel.
When I made the filter Not Visible, the "Start Vitual Camera" button worked again.

Do not know if this is by design or not, but didn't match what I saw on some videos about this feature, where the button would start or stop the Virtual Camera even for scenes where this filter was on.

I would like this behavior to be updated and allow me to start and stop from the Controls panel even if I am using Virtual Camera as a filter on a scene.

The virtual camera filter is a 3rd party plugin, so compatibility with the native virtual camera feature isn't guaranteed.
