Bug Report Start Streaming & Start Recording buttons unresponsive

As the title says, the Start Streaming and Start Recording buttons do not work, as in absolutely nothing happens when I click on them.
Everything was fine as I was in the middle of a stream, then my PC rebooted, and now the buttons won't work.

I've tried changing the audio sample rate even reinstalling, still not responding.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Look for errors in the log: error: Cannot init CUDA, Failed to open NVENC codec: Unknown error occurred.

Figure out whats wrong with Nvidia NVENC (drivers update problems?), or switch to different encoder.

Wow thanks a lot Sam, I can't believe I missed that and didn't even try changing encoding..
Did a clean reinstall of my nvidia drivers and it's up and running again.
Yet again proving Sam is the man
