Bug Report Start Streaming not working

I installed the latest version on OBS Studio (version 0.16.6) and I when I press the Start Streaming or Start Recording button, it does nothing.

I read about similar issue where the solution was to change Audio sample rate from 22khz to 44.1khz.
I already have 44.1khz selected and tried with 48khz also, with no help.

I have latest NVIDIA drivers installed (Version: 375.95 Release date: 11/18/2016)

I couldn't upload the log file for some reason so here's the full log after pressing Start Streaming button

Hmm, as soon as I posted this thread I switched the encoder to x264 and the stream started fine. Then I stopped the stream and switched back to NVENC H.264 and then it started streaming with no problems.

Full log of successful stream start with NVENC H.264

Your settings aren't compatible with the version of nvenc your video card supports.

Audio settings aren't the problem.
Do you mean the settings in OBS Studio? I could stream fine with older version 0.15.4 using the NVENC H.264 but it kept freezing the stream randomly after 5min/45min/2 hours.
