Bug Report Start Streaming Button Does Nothing

I just updated to the latest version (0.16.4) of OBS Studio.Now when I go to launch my stream the "Start Streaming" button does nothing. "Start Recording" also seems to do nothing. I don't crash(surprisingly considering it does it a lot lately), but it's current frozen from recording or streaming. Any ideas?

Update: Turns out the OBS on my taskbar was still linking to an old version or maybe even the 32-bit version of OBS. I made sure to go to the folder and open up the new 64-bit version and everything works now.
