"Start Streaming" button becomes grey when clicked and nothing happens, recording works.

Recording works normally. I streamed five days earlier and had no problems, launched OBS yesterday and this was happening, without changing any settings.

I have updated Windows, reinstalled 25.0.8 twice, and installed previous versions as far back as 25.0.1, but this problem keeps happening.

This is exactly what's happening with me as well. Tried switching to different encoders, doesn't work when I run into this. Just ran into this twice. Here is my log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/CwbvspY24v9KaBZJ

And this happens in mid of a stream. I am streaming for a couple of hours and randomly this happened. Same story the first time this happened. But once this happens, no matter how many time OBS is restarted it doesn't go away. Went away on its own the first time it happened after I restarted 10+ times, but no such luck today & had to end my stream.
