Bug Report Start/Stop Recording Hotkey does not work INGAME!

I currently play Sharin No Kuni in Full Screen mode. (Window is to small and can't enlarge it)
With the newest Version 0.16.1, whenever I "focus" the Game the Start/Stop Recording Key's do not work.
When I use the previous Version 0.15.4, it works with no Problem.

What has changed that could have caused that Issue?
I would consider this a bug.

(I have double Monitor Setup, so I know the recording won't start.)

What would that do? Does it register that I pressed a button :/? But here you go I edited in. I started the game attempted to press the Hotkey several times and than Uploaded current log file.

Run OBS as admin.

Wow O.o now I feel pretty stupid :P Thx, I forgot to set the Program to run always as admin this time xD
