Start/show the source at a certain time while the scene is already running

Hello everyone,

I need help with a problem and I just can't find a solution.

The description:

I would like to show/start a source via a timer/clock in OBS Studio (Windows).

In my example it would be a browser source. An upcounter is then displayed in the scene. The problem is that as soon as I start OBS all upcounters start directly.

The goal is to display and start the upcounter at a certain time.

Example 1:
The scene is running... the clock shows 2:00 p.m. and then the browser source with the upcounter is displayed in the scene and starts at 0:00 minutes and counts up.

What is needed: is a plugin or function that can time the source. Is there such a thing.

Example 2:
I also use the automatic scene switcher. So I could duplicate the scene and insert the browser source into the diplicated source and use the automatic scene switcher to change the scene to the copied scene with the browser source at a specific time. So I get the “time control”, but...

The problem here is that all upcounters start directly when opening OBS and don't only start/run when the time (condition for the scene start) begins.
For example, the upcounter doesn't start at 0:00 minutes but already has 24 minutes on the clock when the scene changes at 2:00 p.m.

What is needed: is there a plugin or upcounter for example 2 that only starts with a condition (time)? It is important that the upcounter is adjustable, for example, count up from minute 45:00. E.g. 2nd half of a football/soccer game.

I would really appreciate feedback. I've already spent months on this, but can't find a solution.

Best regards
