Question / Help "Start recording" does nothing when pressed

Gone through countless threads here with the same issue, none of the solutions posted fixed my issue.

I'm getting a generic error when using NVENC. I was streaming fine yesterday using NVENC and my graphics card supports it. Any ideas?

yep I actually had to reinstall them recently (last week) due to an error. But I haven't messed with them since switching to OBS Studio and streaming just fine with it yesterday.

I'll run an update check and see if there was an update in the last week.
