Question / Help Start Recording button not working

I just downloaded OBS and got the settings to what I thought would work, but every time I click Start Recording, nothing happens, here's the file log, please help.

What driver version are you running on for Nvidia?

The only solution I've found is to do a clean install of version 376.33.

I'm not sure how to do that

When you install the 376.33 drivers there is a checkbox called Clean install or something.
You might have to select Custom install first. Not sure but I think so.
