Start and Stop then Start again Dx

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem. I'll start streaming and everything is working fine. No lag, sound is good, game running well but for some reason, my stream stops for a moment, no alarts then starts up again. Looking on twitch, it isn't one long video, it's many, all different times. I've attempted to change the settings in obs, looked on twitch, but I don't know how to fix this or what to google. Any advice is welcome!

I face a similar issue but in my case, the streaming stops for as long as It wants. I have reported the error to Twitch community.
