Star Citizen no longer working with OBS after streaming on Discord

As title says it seems after I streamed Star Citizen on discord it no longer works in OBS, I use game capture, capture specific window and I select the star citizen exe and nothing shows in the preview window.

Having the same problem, have also tried both fixes you tried to no avail. The odd thing is that about two weeks ago I was able to stream the game with no issue, now nothing is coming up and ONLY for Star Citizen, all my other games are fine.

Having this same problem. Having to resort to using window capture and changing capture method to "windows 10 (1903 and up)".

Gonna keep an eye on this because I was using game capture mode forever and all the sudden it stopped working. I thought it started when I switched from geforce experience to nvidia app but I uninstalled nvidia app and I'm still not able to use game capture. Feeling a little crazy on this one. -_-

Wanna know something strange? Switching to Vulkan in Star Citizen makes game capture work again for me. No. Idea. Why.

I have the exact same issue. I've also tried other capture methods such as Window Capture and it records the game but its extremely stutter-y. The problem then spread to other games and I can't record anything now.

Ok, after all my hours of testing, the only solution is either 1) rolling back to OBS 30.2.3 (this is guaranteed to work or 2) playing Star Citizen in Vulkan.

I don't know why these solutions work. I'm guessing there's a dx11 anti cheat hook that wasn't updated by CIG and that they need to get on it after the release of Star Citizen 4.0. Either way, these are the solutions in the meantime. Goodluck. I hope y'all find this before you waste your time like I did.
