Star and Share Alert didn't popup on OBS

Hi there. i tried to use all the steps for putting URL on browser for stars and share alert but instead the popup shows on my OBS like an attachment below. where should i login into the facebook. please help me settle this issued. once i done the steps , it should appear the latest person sending me a
