Question / Help Stabilizing VR video for streaming

If I've missed this somewhere please let me know but I've done a good deal of searching around and have been surprised I couldn't find anything about this.

What I'm looking for is a way or best practice for VR streaming. The issue is as the headset (Oculus Rift in my case) is very sensitive to head movements the resulting video that's streamed or recorded is *very* jerky and jittery. Things are perfect in the headset it's the window that's mirrored on the desktop that is the issue.

For the moment I just try to hold as still as I can but I still wind up moving too much as something as simple as scratching an itch makes the resulting video awful. I'm wondering if there is any kind of real-time or post processing filter that can be applied to smooth the video out. I'm currently streaming to Youtube Gaming but also have a Twitch account so I can stream to either - if one is better than the other in this case.

Thoughts?
