SRT Media Source in OBS Studio (can't get a live feed)

Hi all,

I am new to both streaming and OBS Studio and I am trying to set up an SRT streaming from a LiveU Solo Pro unit to OBS Studio. My setup is as follows:
Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7
OBS Studio 29.0.2
Ethernet and wifi connections. Camera plugged to a LiveU Solo Pro unit via HDMI.

I have set up an SRT destination at the LiveU Solo portal using the Solo as the caller and with the url as follows: srt://"IP address":"port"
The IP address is the external one.
I have set up a Media Source input in OBS with the url as follows: srt://"IP address":"port"?mode=listener
The IP address is the internal one. The port is exactly the same.
Input Format: mpegts. FFmpeg Options are left blank.

I can't get an image into OBS and I am not sure where I am running wrong. I have successfully run a test streaming to Youtube using RTMP but can't set up SRT correctly.

Am I missing something?

You need the external IP address of the router OBS is sitting behind and the specific port to go through the firewall on the router(port forwarding).
