I have been screwing around with bitrate and other settings for 5 hrs now and cant seem to find the sweet spot. When i stream my game its stable for a few seconds than freezes and repeats that process for the whole stream. I need some setting recommendations and i have my internet test, and obs log, and twitch bandwidth test links down below.

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700k CPU 4.00GHz
Ram: 16GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 745 ( Soon to be 1070TI)
OS: Windows 10 64bit
