Speech but no music

We're running OBS 28.1.2 (64 bit) for livestreaming church services to YouTube. The camera is fed o OBS via CamLink and sends video only. The audio from the house sound system & fed to OBS via M-Audio M-Track Duo. The mics capture speech without an issue but none of the mics (even a large condenser microphone) will capture the room sound or any music. I'd appreciate any leads anyone has. It's the oddest thing. Thanks!

Problem was solved... the issue was caused by having a Windows identified driver instead of using the M-Audio proprietary driver. When the proprietary driver was loaded, things worked out as expected.
