Would this have the power to run OBS with 4 webcams plugged in:

I’m currently using an Intel® NUC Kit NUC5i5RYH running Windows 10 which is really not powerful enough.
I know the mini air is hardly a killer machine, but I was wondering how it compares to the NUC?
